The Briar Creek Business Park has been designated as a Keystone Opportunity Zone. By virtue of this classification, tenancy in the Park qualifies its occupants for multiple tax advantages by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania KOZ program abates state and local taxes for all businesses and residents within this Park for a 12-year period which, commenced January 1, 1999.
