The
Briar Creek Business Park is a fully self-sufficient development.
An access road that connects the parcel to Route 11 was
recently completed. The Park is enhanced and is bordered
to the north by an active railway. Two of the Business
Park's borders are defined by water, to the south lies
the Susquehanna River and the Briar Creek forms the western
boundary. The eastern border of the Park is open farmland.
